01You're in. See you Sunday.T-0 / instant
Preview Here's the live room link, and why nobody knows what happens next.
You're in. You just grabbed your seat for the free live training, and I want to tell you why I'm doing this before you forget you signed up. I traded alone for the first two or three years. Absolutely disastrous, on the record, I've said it on camera more than once. I was trying to predict what the market would do next, same as everyone else on that side of the screen. It doesn't work, because nobody knows what's next. Not me, not the guy on TV, not the algorithm. What actually turned it around was giving up on predicting and switching to reading. Positioning data. Who's crowded into a trade, and what happens when that crowd is wrong. Twenty-plus consecutive profitable years later, that's still the whole process. Not a prediction. A read. That's what Sunday is. I'm putting the actual report on the screen and walking through how I read it, live, so you can see exactly what a crowded trade looks like before it turns. Do me one favor right now: add it to your calendar so it doesn't slip. Here's your page again: Save your seat See you Sunday. Jason
02Why more charts made my reads worseT+1 day
Preview The year I added every indicator I could find, and got worse at this.
Okay, hello good people. I want to tell you about the year I added every indicator I could find to my charts. Moving averages, oscillators, sentiment gauges, the works. I thought more information meant a better read. It meant the opposite. I was drowning in noise and still guessing. The thing that actually worked was almost insultingly simple. I stopped looking at price first and started looking at positioning first. Commitments of Traders data. Who's already all-in on a trade, because a crowd that's already all-in has no one left to push the market further their way. That's the whole edge. Not a smarter indicator. A different question: who's trapped, and what happens when they have to get out. I'll show you exactly how I read a report on Sunday, line by line, the same way I read it for the newsletter every week. Save your seat Jason
03The report most traders never openT+2 days
Preview It's public, it's free, and almost nobody actually reads it.
The Commitments of Traders report comes out every Friday. It's free, it's public, the CFTC publishes it themselves. And almost nobody in retail trading ever opens it. I get it. It looks like a spreadsheet built by a government agency, because it is one. Rows of numbers, no chart, no arrow telling you which way to lean. Most people bounce off it in about four seconds. But that spreadsheet is telling you something no price chart ever will: exactly how crowded a trade already is. Not social media chatter. What large speculators, commercial hedgers, and everyone else in between are actually positioned to do. On Sunday I'm going to open one of these reports on screen and show you what I'm actually looking for. It takes less time to read than you'd think once you know where to look. Save your seat Jason
04Isn't this just a prediction with extra steps?T+3 days
Preview Someone in the CMR group asked me this. Here's the honest answer.
Someone in the group asked me this a while back, more or less word for word: isn't reading positioning just another way of predicting the market, dressed up with a fancier name? Fair question. Here's the honest answer: no, and the difference matters. A prediction says I know where price goes next. I don't say that, because nobody does. A positioning read says something narrower: this crowd is leaning one direction so hard there's almost no one left to push it further that way. That's not a prediction about the future. It's a fact about the present, about who's already in and who's left to act. I trade the fade when that crowding shows up, and I size it like I could be wrong, because I could always be wrong. You'll hear me say some version of "I don't know" more than once in this training, and I mean it every time. The process doesn't need me to be right about tomorrow. It needs the crowd's own positioning to do the work. I'll show you exactly what that looks like on Sunday. Save your seat Jason
05One trader's story: full-time in three yearsT+4 days
Preview David didn't have a finance background. Here's what changed for him.
I want to introduce you to David. He's a member of the Crowded Market Report community, and he sat down with me on camera to talk about what changed for him. David didn't come from a finance background. He came in the same way most of us do: trading alone, second-guessing every entry, no real process. Somewhere along the way he started reading positioning the way we teach it inside CMR, treating the report as the input instead of the news headline. His words, not mine: "All of my income the last three years has been based on stuff that I've largely learned from you. The whole CMR group has completely changed my trading, and also totally changed my life." That's an individual result, not a typical one, and I want to be straight about that. But it's a real trader, on camera, saying what changed. On Sunday I'll walk through the exact process David and the rest of the group actually use. No hype, just the read. Save your seat Jason
06I publish my losing trades tooT+5 days
Preview Membership drops when I have a bad stretch. I still show my work.
I'll say something most people in this business won't say: I watch our membership numbers ebb and flow with my own P&L. Three or four losing trades in a row, and membership dips. I see it happen every time. I could hide that. I don't, because the whole point of Crowded Market Report is showing the actual process, not a highlight reel. Wins and losses both get published. If a trade doesn't work, the group sees it not work, and we talk about why. That's what "trading by process" actually means in practice. It's not a slogan. It's being willing to publish the losing streak next to the winning one, because the process was still followed correctly either way. A losing trade that followed the process isn't a mistake. A winning trade that ignored it is. I'll walk through this idea Sunday, along with a real report, live. Save your seat Jason
07Why I turned down 50+ sponsorsT+6 days
Preview Every trading channel takes sponsor money. Here's why I stopped.
Almost every trading channel you watch is sponsored by a broker, a prop firm, or a signal service. I used to get those offers too. I've turned down more than fifty of them at this point. Here's why: the moment a broker is paying me, my analysis has a conflict baked into it whether I want it to or not. I'd rather you trust the read because it's actually unbiased, not because I promised it was. That's the same reason the newsletter publishes losses next to wins, and the same reason I keep saying "I don't know" out loud instead of pretending I do. Slow road to the rich house. If you're looking for a get-rich-quick pitch, CMR is genuinely the wrong channel, and I'd rather tell you that now than have you find out later. Sunday's training is free, no sponsor read, no pitch buried in the middle. Just the process. Save your seat Jason
08Grab these three reports before SundayT+7 days
Preview A head start on reading positioning before we go live.
Quick one today. If you want a head start before Sunday, grab the free sample reports on our site. Same weekly format the CMR community reads every week, no signup needed beyond what you've already done. Skim through one before the live session and you'll already recognize the layout when I put it on screen. You don't need to understand every column yet. That's what Sunday is for. Just get familiar with what a real report looks like instead of walking in cold. This isn't the paid bundle, it's the free public sample. If you want the deeper walkthrough, that's a separate step after you register, no pressure either way. Save your seat Jason
09One day out. Here's what to have ready.T+8 days
Preview Open a chart, have the report handy, and bring your actual questions.
One day out. Here's what actually helps if you want to get the most from Sunday. Have a chart open, any platform is fine. If you grabbed one of the free sample reports, keep it nearby, we'll reference the same kind of layout live. And bring your real questions. Not "will this make me money," because I won't answer that one and you already know why. Bring the ones about the process itself: how I confirm a positioning extreme, when I decide the trade's invalidated, how I size it. I'll be reading a live report on screen and walking through the exact steps: positioning, sentiment confirmation, waiting for the news to fail to move price the way the crowd expects, then sizing the risk. Not a highlight reel. The actual process, in order. Save your seat Jason
10We're starting in 15 minutesT+8 days, 15min
Preview Grab the link now so you don't miss the open.
This is it. We go live in fifteen minutes. Open the report if you grabbed one, get a chart up, and get in the room. I'm going to read a live Crowded Market Report on screen and walk through the process start to finish: where I look first, what a crowded extreme actually looks like, and how a trade gets sized once the setup confirms. No prediction, no promises about what happens after. Just the read, the way I do it every week for the CMR community. Get in the room now so you don't miss the open: Save your seat See you in there.
